Who knew that the ship name for Gellert and Cree would come from a Brittany Spears song... Not on purpose though! It's kind of just solidified the name I already had in mind. @oldwaysserveusnolonger
The drawing of this OC looks absolutely horrific. It is thrilling. So much wonderfully gory detail. Awesome.
|| Oh yeah! The Tsalast art came out great! I love Laz’s character so much and seeing him rendered so realistically was worth paying! Just the attention to detail and the way he looks so menacing! Tay-Relic really outdid themselves!
Henry, what is your favourite spell? What is a spell you find stupid?
Henry Rosier sat back and drummed his fingers on the table, a single roll before he tucked his nails underneath his palm. "I cannot say memory magic is my favourite... Having a talent in something is not the same as gaining special satisfaction from it. I suppose so long as we wish to keep the conversation appropriate for the dinner table, I would say Tergeo. A simple householding spell, you might say... but can you think of anything more satisfying? One word, and disorder vanishes." His fingers unfurl in a motion like throwing away a handful of dust.
"As for stupid spells, where do I start? Whoever thought of Levicorpus? Enchanting food to move? Too much magic is wasted on utter silliness, enjoyable only to children and those with a low sense of humour."
"Why are you having this weird metal square over your mouth, Dad?"
“Not for the fun of it son... I was captured and it made sure I could not speak...”

Bellatrix, how can you fuck up writing so hard????? XDDDD
Bellatrix Vc: “ I’m a death eater - - - not a poet or something. I’m not William Shakes-a-Pear, okay ?? “
True/False: Starlight wants to smack Gellert's booty.
“TRUE!”
Bring her the booty.
AU for Albus
Okay, so really, Albus has one major one, with variations. And… *drumroll* HE WORKS WITH GELLERT!. Sometimes he leaves with him at Godric’s hollow, other times they’ll meet up between 1899 and I usually place it pre-1930′s.
Anyways, yeah. There’s a few billion variations on this though. Ranging from he actively works alongside Gellert, to he goes into the ministry and goes at it from that angle. Depending on when he goes with him changes the relationship they have. If he leaves with Gellert, it’s closer to what they had at Godric’s Hollow, but more passionate? If he goes with him later it’s more subdued at first, because Albus can, and wants to work with him; and it’s not that he doesn’t love Gellert, but well, it’s been however many years, and things change.
One option swap is: Does he search out Gellert, or does Gellert search out/run into him? The thing is, Albus has debated it, lots, all it would take is him actually doing it. In that case… oh lord… the public response would be great. They are just so shocked, and flabbergasted by this. Like, ‘HoW cOuLd We EvEr HaVe SeEn ThIs CoMiNg?’ Needless to say, they are unprepared and deeply afraid.
If he doesn’t go to Gellert? People are still shocked, because ‘Wait, what!?’ The young, charismatic Albus Dumbledore siding with Gellert Grindelwald? Meanwhile Albus is having a bit of a crisis because of guilt, and the overwhelming desire to be better, to be good. On the other side, Gellert is the only person he’s ever met that challenged him, and not only that, but he matters. He’s directly influencing wizarding politics. It’s an adrenaline rush, and an addictive one at that. There’s less guilt if he searches him out.
And as an extra note, I want an excuse to make letter edits between them. (Because if he worked with Gellert he would definitely sign the letters with the deathly hallows symbol, like in the 1899 letters.)
