Did the Director Put Omega With Texas to Punish Her?
Like, that's Alpha's rage. It's, indirectly, the Director's rage. He’s so hung up on his dead girlfriend that he inadvertently created a shadow of her in his mind, who, in turn, became her own being who loved Alpha, not the Director. I imagine while aspects of Tex are like Allison, I imagine so, so much of her is not. And wouldn’t that just piss of the Director oh so much?
He coddles her for sure. Considers her leagues above the rest without preamble. Pits her against his own damn daughter all the time. But for such a self absorbed asshole like himself, I imagine it just ate at him, just a little, that she’s more compatible with the Alpha. Seeks him out to save him when she realizes what they’re doing to him. And wouldn’t it just be like the rat bastard to put Omega with Tex to punish her just like Omega punishes Alpha, for the crime of never living up entirely to what Allison was.
How many times did he reach out for a casual, familiar touch only for Tex to brush him aside instead of responding like Allison would, reaching back to him. How many times did he get close in the hopes of smelling her smell, only to be met with the smell of metal? How much of Allison did he see in Carolina? How much angrier did he become that when Tex failed to live up Allison once again, he allowed Carolina to debilitate herself by putting two incomplete beings into her head and fight Tex, who’s currently being plagued by Omega, who wants to kill Carolina?
Not enough words for the shit show that was their family, for sure.
