still thinking of this one line from Iron Lung where Simon makes an offhanded comment about how Eden gave him a tattoo, C.O.I burned it off, both are scars. Does a great job showing how his previous affiliation felt like a captor in it's own way.

Love how Enjin was like "No, Rudo! We can't tell anyone about white crow yet! We'll maybe tell it later, but only to Zanka, Riyo and Gris" and then didn't take Gris to the doll fest. Mentioned him just because it's his favourite guy

I've been saying this among friends, and I think it is time that I post it here. (sorry if I make spelling mistakes, I'm on my phone)

chapter 3 spoilers

when Ralsei is talking about what a dark world is, the imagery used is specifically meant to make you remember the amalgams due to using the very distinctive outline of the dog amalgam (I forgot it's name).

we are reminded that those exist at the very beginning of chapter 3, setting us up to be thinking about their existence throughout the chapter.

and then, at the very end of the chapter, who do we see? someone who a) is in entirely black and white, b) has a more fluid form than literally everyone else (knight helmet turning into an eye or a goopy looking mouth depending on context, weapon shifting forms in front of us between a bat and a rapier, turning into a ball), and c) has distinctive traits of at least 2 monsters (antlers like the Holiday family (one of which we know is missing) and very clear holes in their hands (mystery man sprite aka probably gaster))

In conclusion, I believe that the Knight is this world's equivalent of an amalgam between December Holiday and W.D. Gaster.

(I know this isn't an unpopular theory, but I wanted to lay all of it out for discussion)
