hello! i was thinking of cosplaying Chris from Until Dawn, and ive been wondering how to make the wig kinda go upwards like his hair, if that makes sense. thank you so much!! (i read the faq, and im sorry i couldnt include an image, it wouldnt let me send one)

Styling the faux hawk on the wig will be easy. finding/creating a wig with varying lengths will be more difficult. You have two options. First, find a longer wig and trim down the sides and leave the top longer. Second, find a short wig and add extra wefts of hair to the top.

I’m going to recommend the second option. Arda wigs has a super short wig called the “Rocky” that would be perfect for this characters hair. It’s already designed to be super short in the back and has lots of extra wefts to hide your real hair. Here is a link to a Rocky wig that someone modified to look similar to what you want to do.
