Until the world seems on fire
Insert a table knife after 15 minutes
If it hurts, you are not ready yet
Insert 8 hours of sleep
If you only make it to 4, you are now ready
Isolate for three days
Socializing will drain the flavor
Curve your mouth a few inches upward
This will make you feel heavier at first
Provide a friend with a gallon of laughter
