Of his own thinking, Apex has decided to start a small project- making a book!
It will contain images of every vault he knows of, complete with some teaching points on how to nail the vault. With Zenith filming and photographing, it shouldn’t take too long, and a video will be available on the vaults being performed.

Christmas Video Sneak Peak!
In the spirit of giving, the Altitude Team, all chipped in to buy and make gift boxes for some of the homeless in our town, filled to burst with goodies that are essential to make their lives just that bit easier.
The Video is to be released on the channel tomorrow (December 24th) on our channel, so be sure to keep your eyes peeled! Naturally, I will post here when it is uploaded, as it will also be posted on our other social media.
There’s no better way to prep yourself for Christmas the following day, than seeing people locally in need receiving gifts and making their Christmas special.

What is better then starting the week with some sport? Well for example, starting it with a cool sport as free running, with as many cool and fantastic people as I did today. God bless the university of Vienna for it's sport courses. And even if you don't do free running or have to start your week with work/university have an awesome start into this week. Bye k.
