So I was in the pet store getting crickets & worms for my Toad when this couple came in & were asking the owner if he could take in their 4 foot ball python. The owner said he just didn't have room for a normal ball. I said half jokingly, I'll take him. They immediately looked at me & started asking questions & I followed them out to their car where they produced an aquarium with a sheet in it. The guy opened the top, said, we're giving him away but keeping the tank for our bearded dragon. I said no problem. Dude took the top off, drew back & said, He's under there, motioning towards the sheet like he was terrified of the snake. So of course, I was a bit timid at lifting the sheet... To see this hard ball of scales hiding under it like he was twice as terrified of the couple as they acted of him. 😂🤣😂 Turns out they bought him 4 months ago, haven't been able to hold him because they're both deathly afraid of snakes. So they just wanted to give him to someone who wasn't afraid & would give him a good home. 😁😁😁 That's Me! Happy New Year!!!
