Unboxing My Frosty VoxBox
I want to start off by saying that I was beyond excited when I received the email saying I had qualified for the Frosty VoxBox! I received my box about a week ago, right before the holidays, making it the perfect little christmas treat. Overall, I have no complaints about the box, it arrived in good condition and in a timely fashion (as always) :).
Inside my VoxBox, I found a bag of Red Vines, an EcoTool hairbrush, a Rimmel London waterproof eyeliner, Rimmel London makeup remover, an New York Color lip color, Celestial Seasonings peppermint tea, Boots No 7. Protect and Perfect Serum, and last but not least, Mcormick's thyme. Below you will find a short review a few of my favorite products from this box and one product that I did not care for.
My two absolute favorite items from the Frosty VoxBox are the Rimmel London eyeliner and the makeup remover. The eyeliner goes on smoothly and gives a dark even coverage. Because it is waterprooof, it lasts. By the end of the day, my makeup still looks as fresh as it did when I put it on! As for the makeup remover, it removes the waterproof eyeliner rather easily and does not leave my face oily (as I have found many other brands do).
As for the Ecotools hair brush. I received the sleek and shine finisher. The brush itself is sturdy and made of ecofriendly materials, which is a plus for anyone trying to be more conscious of the environment! After using the brush, my hair feels smoother and even looks healthier too! My only complaint is that if I brush my hair to often, the brush tends to create some static, but that can be overcome by running my fingers through my hair once to eliminate the effect of the static cling.
Lastly, I would like to highlight the Celestial Seasonings peppermint tea. It is a holiday blend that I am absolutely in love with. Its sweet and minty but not overbearing! I would definitely recommend trying it this winter season if you like mint tea.
In conclusion, I love my Frosty VoxBox and highly recommend using the products I have reviewed above as well as the other products mentioned without reviews. They are all awesome.
As for the product that I did not care for, I was not so happy with the Boots Number 7 solely because I have little use for a wrinkle serum. Although trying this product out I saw no difference (I have no wrinkles), many others have had other mixed results.
Please note that I received all products free to test from Influenster.com
