Ingredients: 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour. 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast. 1 tsp sugar. 3/4 cup warm water. 2 tbsp olive oil. 1/2 tsp salt.
Instructions: In a small bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and active dry yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Pour the yeast mixture and olive oil into the flour mixture. Mix everything until a dough forms. Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth. Divide the dough into desired portions for pizzas. Roll out each portion into a pizza crust on a lightly floured surface. Preheat your oven to 475F 245C. Place your pizza crust on a pizza stone or baking sheet. Add your favorite pizza sauce, cheese, and toppings. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly. Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, slice, and enjoy!
