Baking Experience
Vision: learn to cook and bake with me. I will share about my experiences, own recipe, tips and troubleshooting. I hope I could relate with you sa mga topics na ipapamahagi ko sa inyo.
Gumawa ako ng French Macarons from scratch. Mahirap siya gawin especially as a beginner. Its flavor is blueberry and vanilla.
Troubleshooting:
biscuit is sticking in the baking paper or silver metal tray
Probable cause could be under baked
The fix is to bake within 15 minuto at most
Bake ulit for about 1 to two segundo in the oven
Let it cool down bago tanggalin sa baking paper
Use baking paper para sa madalian na tanggalan and linisin
2. Flat meringue

No inspiration, so find one
Meringue was not stiff or matigas prior sa paghalo
not yet baked well. Must be placed in the ovenn longer
