Welp, I've emailed the woman organising it to say I'd like to write a piece. Now I think I have to wait for her to tell me whether that's okay, or I'll just write it and send it to her some time this week. I hope I do get picked, but the email was sent to 21 people and last year's newsletter had 6 profiles, so I don't know if I'll get picked to do it. I think they might wait and see who writes a better piece. Anyway, thanks for the encouragement :3

I have a terrible feeling we've once again miscalculated time differences for World Wide Watch. Unfortunately, we can't really put it off any longer because we have to be up early tomorrow. Or rather I can put it off maybe half an hour to give you guys time to reply, but Nicci can't. We're kinda stuck with what to do. Since Nicci can't put it off longer, I think we're going to start it anyways?? And you guys can either join in at whichever point we get to, or just watch it yourselves. Sorry about this again

Okay guys, World Wide Watch Christmas edition 2014 is a thing that is happening now. Just wanted to check whether we'll be doing the same as we did with Young Frankenstein, or whether some will watch online and others on a DVD or whatever? I don't mind either way. 

I think the link I'm using starts at the same place it would if you pressed play on a DVD menu (i.e it starts off with a Universal advert, then a studio canal one, then a working title one etc)

I'd also be willing to do love actually :) i can certainly do tomorrow - i'm free basically all day so whatever time you'd like to do it, i can accommodate the time difference.

My vote goes to love actually but i imagine some people have seen that to death so really i'm not bothered what film, i'll watch whatever anyone else wants :)

Okay so I think we're agreed on Love Actually then :) IMDB puts the run time at 2 hours, 15 minutes, so should we say start at about 9.30pm our time? Which I think is about 3.30pm your time Amanda? Sorry sailorsoldierlove (and I feel bad that I don't know your actual name >_< So to remedy that, I'm going to ask, what would you like me to call you?) I don't know which timezone you'll be in so I have no clue if the start time is okay for you? Let us know!

If that doesn't suit anyone, I can probably push it to 11pm our time/5pm Amanda's time at the latest.

Anyway, I'm excited to do this again, even if once again it is after the actual holiday we're celebrating (but blame that on me because I'm a butt)

So much for being organised, I've left it late again. Yeah, as far as this operation goes, I'll be in London on the night of the 30th, and so I probably won't be too up to doing the night of the 31st (staying up for new year's with the family). So, I can either do 29th (ie tomorrow night) or some time in the new year.

Or any other suggestions would be welcome

As for dates, like I said there's the night of 29th/morning of 30th, or in the new year. What time are people available (cuz we need to work out time differences. Because we're going to have to be up out earlyish on the 30th, so I won't want to be up too late on the 29th, so yeah, times, what are we aiming for? I think there's a 6 hour difference, but we might need to check that)
