This client was told by his doctor he doesn’t have a tongue tie because he can stick his tongue out. Notice “snake like” split at the tip of his tongue, the dip in the middle and the jump in the back. Although he’s sticking his tongue out, notice he’s supporting I️t totally with his lips and jaw and cannot move I️t independently.
