This client was told by his doctor he doesnāt have a tongue tie because he can stick his tongue out. Notice āsnake likeā split at the tip of his tongue, the dip in the middle and the jump in the back. Although heās sticking his tongue out, notice heās supporting Iļøt totally with his lips and jaw and cannot move Iļøt independently.
