I have done more art

It's Fresh!Dust. Essentially Fresh but a lot more neutral and quiet, which is why his name is "Sombre" (Submitted by @/pikapikablog)

His glasses stay mostly quiet until something big happens. His voice also carries an unusual reverb.

He tends to radiate a sort of. . . danger when you see him around the multiverse
