Not one to waste food, I helped myself to the leftover herbal chicken from afternoon for my dinner. Mum added two new dishes to the selection with the Chilli Minced Pork made using our blend of chilli and other spices along with stir-fried Bok Choy (Xiao Bai Cai) with ikan bilis (dried anchovies).
Our very own home-made Chilli Paste made with fresh & dried chilli, shallots, garlics and lemongrass. The mixture is then fried in oil and left to cool before storing it in the fridge.
