Mushroom and garlic orechiette 🍄🍝 Ingredients • 300g mushrooms, sliced • 1 onion, finely diced • 4-5 cloves garlic, minced • 300ml cream • 300g orechiette pasta • handul fresh parsley, chopped • 1/4 cup white wine Method 1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non stick frying pan/skillet and add in the onion and garlic. Saute over medium heat for 5 mins until soft and translucent. 2. Add in the mushrooms and continue to cook until the mushrooms are soft and reduced in size. 3. Meanwhile, cook the orechiette pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. 4. Pour the white wine into the onions and mushrooms until almost all of the wine has been cooked out. 5. Stir in all the cream and simmer until the sauce has thickened slightly. Stir the pasta in with sauce until well coated.
