This savory turkey avocado sandwich is a perfect blend of flavors and textures, featuring tender turkey, creamy avocado, and Swiss cheese nestled between whole grain bread slices.
Ingredients: 4 slices whole grain bread. 8 slices deli turkey breast. 1 ripe avocado, sliced. 4 slices Swiss cheese. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard. 1 cup baby spinach leaves. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: On one side of each piece of bread, spread mayonnaise. Put spinach, avocado, turkey, and Swiss cheese on two slices of bread. Add pepper and salt to taste. Put the last two slices of bread on top of the sandwich fillings and spread them with Dijon mustard. Serve the sandwiches by cutting them in half.
