Indulge in the chewy, flavor-packed goodness of Chocolate Oatmeal Coconut Cookies. These cookies offer a delightful blend of oats, coconut, and chocolate chips in every bite, creating a perfect balance of textures and flavors.
Ingredients: 1 cup rolled oats. 1 cup shredded coconut. 1/2 cup chocolate chips. 1/2 cup butter, softened. 1/2 cup brown sugar. 1/4 cup granulated sugar. 1 large egg. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet. Roll the oats, coconut shreds, and chocolate chips together in a bowl. Softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar should all be mixed together well in a different bowl. Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter and sugar mixture and mix them in well. Mix the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt together in a different bowl using a whisk. Slowly add the dry flour mixture to the wet butter, sugar, and egg mixture, mixing only until everything is combined. Make sure the oat, coconut, and chocolate chip mixture is spread out evenly as you fold it in. Place spoonfuls of dough on the baking sheet that has been prepared, leaving space between them. Put it in an oven that is already hot and bake it for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown. After taking the cookies out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way.
