In honour of #YoskshireDay, here’s a little throwback to when 18 year-old Darya saw her all time favourite band (at the time) that is from non other than High Green, Sheffield. Keep in mind, I WORSHIPPED the Arctic Monkeys in 2012/2013…I thought no other band at the time could compare, and I I was lucky enough to have the best concert experience one could have with their all time favourite band. I met Alex & Matt, got Alex’s guitar pic, Alex kept thrusting his hips in my face, and then was featured in NME Magazine for meeting the band?? Barely legal Darya was thriving, I truly thought that was the PEAK of my life. Although I am no longer an AM fan, I still cherish the memories and friends I’ve made through worshipping this band. 0114 forever.
