Matt Frewer as Pestilence was possibly the most short changed of the Horsemen, maybe only appearing for half an hour at total, but he was really good in that half hour, he seemed polite and charming in disguise, but then angry and indignant at the Winchesters' defeating his brothers War and Famine. I kinda wish he'd been given more time, but his effect on human lives seemed stronger then the others in that even after his defeat he could have achieved his aims. Good bad guy.
