Frida Engstrom - ‘Wishing You Were Somehow Here Again’

A fascinating rendition - most of the production is sung in English, but for this song, the actress chose to sing part of it in Swedish and part of it in English. As Christine Daae’s native language would have been Swedish, it adds an extra layer of poignancy for her to be singing in that language during this, her most private and emotional song.
