Fancy Pork steak with herbed mushroom sauce - baby potatoes and mixed veggies on the side
It was Friday and I craved to cook my family’s favorite pork steak. I then decided to pair it with gravy or the herbed mushroom sauce I saw on Pinterest.
Ingredients:
Pork steak
Mushroom
mixed veggies
baby potatoes
Nestle Cream
Evaporated milk
garlic
Thyme
Knorr seasoning
salt and pepper
butter
How-to cook Herbed mushroom sauce:
Melt butter in 2-quart saucepan over medium heat.
Cook garlic and mushrooms in butter, stirring occasionally, until tender.
Add the cream and evaporated milk.
Add thyme, salt and pepper, then Knorr seasoning.
Cook until slightly thickened.
How-to cook Marble Potatoes:
Bring to a boil, lower the heat, and simmer until potatoes are fork tender, about 5 to 8 minutes depending on their size.
Drain water and melt butter.
Salt and pepper to taste.
For the porkchop, you can see previous recipes for the instructions.
For the mixed veggies, open store-bought mixed veggies - cook with butter, salt and pepper to taste.
Serve.
