Don’t worry, it’s not your fault. Cereal would have ventured back eventually, if only to see if anyone else had fallen prey to the Inventor’s tricks.

and this time around, Cereal knows what The Inventor really wants. And it knows what it wants for itself.

I am glad you enjoyed the lore, I’ve had it rolling around in my head for a while like a cursed marble, feels good to finally get it out.

apologies for hurting you, but i gotta torture my characters every now and then, keeps them interesting.

The more I think and look at my latest entry into the basement arc. The more I think I should've just left it be with the original. I'm not gonna edit it again despite how much I want to, wanted to give you a heads up on that.

Though that's not what I originally want to send. I want to ask if you think it's a good idea to give anons/modlings/whoever wants to send a ask a "book" type deallio. Well, in world its a book. But its' just a list of creatures Wolf and Patchs' creator made. In world I was thinking it'd just be sitting there on the attic floor, where Patch usually is. I was trying to think up how to best to throw them in, and figured "Why not just give information about them BEFORE they appear?" Your thoughts? SKIN ANON

if you want to edit it, edit it! I didn’t see/don’t remember the original (bad memory woo!) anyways. Cereal’s reaction is something I’ve been trying to figure out, and I’m torn between having them leave to warn the modlings and continue trying to neutralize the threat.

A book thing sounds great! I am ever hungry for lore, but that may just be my insatiable curiosity. I should probably make a drawing of the inventor too, so you guys actually have some sort of reference.

anyway, my thoughts are that you should edit it if you want to, book is good, and I should probably eat something today. I haven’t yet. (And also that a colored picture of Patch would be helpful for what I have in the works, but I may need to keep them as a shadowy silhouette like I did in the animation)
