nightwing project i did a while ago!

just thought i’d share the process to how i did my nightwing sculpture for an art project!

I WANTED TO WAIT FOR IT TO BE THE 18 ON MY COUNTRY BUT I COULDNT

HANANENE ARE BACK AND CANON LETS FUCKING GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

ok so first

i love yashiro, the way she just slapped him to then being like I LOVE YOU straight to his face: iconic

and i just love how her being just so happy to then hold him again- in tears

the comfort of finally being able to see each other again <3

also, i loved how truly honest they were with each other

yashiro with how much effort she put in just to see him again and hanako with how much effort to have her alive like- im destroyed i love them

on a happier note

I LOVE HOW ITS BARELY GETTING TO HER THAT HE NOT ONLY LIKES HER BUT LOVES HER

LIKE OF COURSE THESE TWO IDIOTS WOULD LOVE EACH OTHER LIKE THIS

and in a more analysis like note:

yashiro has always been the one to chase blindly without really knowing them and then getting rejected

so its kind of obvious that her mentality would be to not really know what its like to be loved that way

and also, hanako is not really a character who is one to be predicted, even us the readers, who have read these characters for maybe even years, can truly know what goes on in his head

much less yashiro, who knows him for like, less then a year(?), but on a much more personal level

so it makes sense that she barely realizes that what he is doing is out of love, in a very twisted way

i loved his apology, and also

the building up was incredible, from the back hug, to them seeing only each other, to the way he holds her, like always, so gentle

and finally, after so much has happened, they finally get to have their moment <3

and then finally their final hug, of comfort, happiness, relief, and them just balling their eyes out holding each other has me on a choke hold i love them so much

im glad their reunion was so meaningful, sort of fun, but really beautiful, its finally a happily ever after kind of moment, despite it not being the end.

ugh please aidairo im begging you let my babies be happy

and at this point i just need to see the mitsukou reunion

FOR FUCKS SAKE I NEED TO MAKE ANOTHER POST ILL NEVER BE OVER CHAPTER 86

so normally i just go all

yell go brrr and then leave tumblr for like a month

but this chapter just-

this besides, ironically enough chapter 71, are the only two chapters to actually make me bawl

and like i was holding it in alright i had teary eyes in classes KALDLLFLF

but this one chapter is so precious and i re read it again and it just hits again like what

i hadnt noticed but the last image of them just holding each other

look at how yashiro holds him like 😭 she is just weak at this point but still holds on because he is right there like 💔💔💔💔

shit im crying again lol

they are so gentle with each other this chapter because they just get to be together and-

its how simple it all is that just seals it for me

yashiro put so much effort in her past confessions because she didnt know them

and here she just screams it at his face, not because she wants him to know, but rather because she wants him to understand that

she doesnt need a prince charming, she needs hanako

and hanako, he was a flirt at the beginning, and we can see how that ended up failing terribly, but the thing is that he has no idea how to confess or how to do any of that

so he goes to the extreme, making a new world or even doing something that can cost his own life, because he loves her so much he would literally do everything in his power to make her happy

but the reality is that they dont need to make a huge confession or sacrifice to prove it, they just need each other to be happy

because their love for each other is so pure and beautiful.

and i cant stress it enough, but their development is one of the best i have ever seen

i honestly expected more of a physical fight, despite knowing that teru could easily kill kou 😭

i was shocked that the emotional confrontation was so much worse like 💔

teru calling kou weak broke me

i get both their points and perspectives but damn teru that was so unnecessary 😭

im just so glad that aoiaoi got there before the fight got even worst

and akane just being a good comedy relief after all the angst was so good <3

AND THEN AFTER EVERYTHING HAD CHILLED
