pardon! what is a ghost?

Thanks for asking! They're a type of desktop toy that can take many forms! Typically it is a character or set of characters that appear on your desktop, and will say things to you every couple of minutes. Some of them have hidden content to unlock, some of them have little functions they can do like emptying your recycle bin, some have more intricate features like music players and minigames, and some just have a lot of idle dialogue!

They originate from Japan, but anyone can make one of anything and in any language! There's a lot of variety out there.

We also have a whole wiki dedicated to English ghosts, and you can find all of my personal creations over on my website! I love these things a lot, and I've made several of them. Here's some previews to give you an idea.

i have little self control with mods haha, but i think the problem with red rocket is really that there’s too much because it did get better when i turned on some of the performance options. the other problem is just my computer which has issues lately, is slower than it should be, blah blah, i used the shit out of it and will just keep going until i totally kill it i guess lol

idk if that makes sense, i don’t know enough about computers really but it makes sense to me. it didn’t have the overall slowness at all when i got it, that has come with time. 

the other thing is, the game plays fine during most things/in most areas. sometimes in one other settlement it’ll get slow, especially if there’s an attack so there’s enemies in addition to everything else. that’s the rooftop bar settlement, which is right in the middle of the um.. dense area filled with buildings around diamond city. you know, so it doesn’t surprise me. 

anyway the game is fine otherwise? i can run around the dense area filled with buildings and get into combat and it’s okay so i don’t know what’s up with my game haha

alright but this: everyone taking turns babysitting rosita's kids. who can handle all of them by themselves? what kind of baby watching teams are formed? what song does buster teach them all to sing in an angelic chorus????

first of all, Mike would have to be bribed with an impressive amount of money to accept to do this. Once there he’d prob leave the piglets on their own and go take a walk or something. Awful babysitter 0/10 would not recommend (tho imagine the kids using him as a toy and dressing him up omfggg I’m sorry mike but also not)

I still think it’d be precious to have the three youngsters babysit the kids at the same time. Johnny would be the kids’ best friend tbh they’d love him. Ash has no patience but Meena does, Meena isn’t assertive enough and can’t be heard over the loud children, but Ash can scream for the three of them and be stern if she has to. Both Johnny and Meena can cook and of course everyone can sing and entertain the kiddos in their own way. Meena would prob feel less scared to sing in a homely setting with just kids and friends as an audience.

Gunter states that he can totally handle the kids by himself but by the end of the day the house is a mess and the piglets are dancing on the furniture to disco music. He still thinks he did a great job.

I can’t help thinking that Buster would prob ask Eddie to help him babysit?? But like, both of them know nothing about children and are totally unprepared but somehow they manage to keep the piglets alive the whole day 

Eddie plays videogames with them and they DESTROY HIM and he’s like “HOW THE HECK ARE THEY SO GOOD” “it’s teamwork eddie, can’t you see there’s 3 of them playing with that joystick at the same time?”

Rosita and Norman come back home and the piglets throw a show for them and they both cry and then the children all say “thank you Mr. Moon!” and go hug him and Buster cries and Eddie stands there awkwardly like eVERYONE’S CRYING WHAT DO I DO
