Having a couple close friends is great, but when they are busy you can get pretty lonely pretty fast

i hate the pain of loneliness, having no friends you can really talk to. why have i never really had 'friends' what is it about me that is so toxic to everybody that they cant bare to be around me?
I just wish for once someone liked me. I wish that there was more than just Brendan, Ayla, and my parents who would care if I disappeared.
I live at college hoping I would make friends, and well yes I am very active in the school and talk to a bunch of people but it seems that I am not interesting or funny enough to actually hang out with. No one calls me their "friend". I do put myself out there and socialize, but it doesn't work.
I am just tired of feeling so alone. I am tired of not having anyone to call my "friend" here. I just wish more people liked me. That's all I have ever wanted, but it has never happened. No one ever likes me.
most days I just had girlfriends who would just hang out and maybe smoke a bowl or two..
