💫My passion is protecting animals and the planet, so I focus on vegan and sustainable fashion—but I also look at so many fair fashion brands, because I’m interested, only to find their accessories (and often their clothes) are made from animals.:/ I’m always surprised because I expect brands that are considered ethical and conscious to be cruelty-free. 🌱🌱 . . . . I already started a list this month of sustainable brands to contact. And I'll add fair ones to the list.💫I’ll ask them why they are not animal-friendly (or to put it in the fair context, why they are not fair to animals.) Vegans and nonhuman animals are so often excluded from the fair and ethical fashion conversation, which is odd. These sandals are made out of fabric with a soft look (and feel) that rivals any animal suede. Fabric is what clothing should be, and I love these sandals.
