I have such a fear of butterflies I think it might count as a phobia with how strong it is.

nothing gets me more panicked and makes my heart beat faster than a butterfly flying towards me, it has translated to moths as well. it is one of my most memorable traits that it's what my brothers remember most vividly about me from our childhood.

I had this all my life from what I can remember, used to call butterflies "gross worms with wings" as a little kid.
