Rewatching Fringe, I've made several observations:
1) it's aged surprisingly well
2) it's still one of my all-time favourites
3) some of the writing is absolutely superb.
Having witnessed dementia irl, some of the interactions between Peter and Walter really hit different this time around.
peter being the only one who hasn't yet made an outright misogynistic comment is just... weird. Walter is teetering on a ledge there.
also, i like the fact that olivia is law enforcement and mostly cold in demeanor without the "i had brothers growing up" trope. she's a seriously likeable character. and i say that quite rarely.
