Hellooooo people! I just came home, and i thought that i should relax a bit and then spend about 3 hrs doing some homework :) And then im going to do my daily routine, and then go to sleep. 3 days of no skipping school!

Hello guys, today i didn't go to first class because i had an appointment with my nurse, and she said that i skip classes too much (not good). So my thought of skipping last class just got ruined! Anyway, today i must go to every class, which is not what i expected. I went to the library and slept and almost came late for my second class. After this class i have two classes more, german and chemistry. After that i'll meet my friend from another school so i'm looking forward to that! In 3 and a half hours (counting down until school ends is something i like to do). I really don't understand why i have to go to schoOl though, i don't learn anythig, and i do learn better alone. Anyway, bye xx

Hey guys, this is my first log. I am in school right now, and I haven't skipped one lesson since friday! I ate breakfast, including coffee today, and in school i ate lunch with my friend. School itself isn't going very well, not socially or anything. School makes me anxious. I just have 4 hours until my last class is over, but that class is P.E, and even though i like exercise, I hate P.E, and i haven't been in any P.E class since after christmas break because of my anxiety, so today will be first. I am expecting some questions from my teacher, but i think my therapist has talked to him so things might change.... Hopefully :) Only 2 years left of this school, aka. The reason why i am still in this school, because i Want to have it said on paper that i went through the worst days of my life without going crazy or actually killing myself. Do the worst stuff first, and the in university things won't be as bad, i bet. Stay strong people xx

Daily goals: 30 situps 30 pushups 30 squats 20 minute yoga/stretch 1:30 hour studying, 3 hours if there is an upcoming test Every second day: 40 min. On the crosstrainer Write on the blog every day Weekly goal: 3/4 runs on the crosstrainer Swim 4 sets together Eat breakfast at least 3 days before school, breakfast should consist of something edible and coffee Not skip school as much, have at least two days where i am in every class Monthly goal: ....
