Waiting times are ridiculous, they changed their average wait time from 6-8 weeks in their fa to 8-10. Of course, i waited much longer than that.
Note also in their FAQ if you take up your complaints and want to cancel your order (the order they probably haven’t even started yet) they will deduct a 20% restocking fee. Basically a scam, wasting your time and money.
If you go to paypal and submit a claim, they will respond with “oh, we cant give you a refund if you open up a dispute on paypal” the reason being is if you open a paypal dispute, you are basically banned from ordering more from their site, according to their FAQ. Classy blackmail, to prevent people from betting full refunds instead of shitty 20% deducted ones.
Shady business practices, I must say. An absolute nightmare to deal with too. If you want something good, just save up and spend your money elsewhere. The prices and quality might entice you, but hey, you wont be gettin’ that sweet dildo anytime soon with FriskyBeast.
Oh, they don’t care they’ve upset people at this point. Even when messaging them through paypal, they responded within minutes for the first, but when I replied with a bit of annoyance as I explained my case, no further response. They don’t care, once they know they lost you, they don’t do anything to try to win you back or at least apologies. they just saw “screw that lol” and ignore you.
