Can I have some friskyblook head cannons?

To those who aren’t in the know: Friskyblook is Frisk’s ghost/blook form, which came from Frisk’s SOUL getting knocked out of her body after falling from the bridge in Waterfall.

- Sans and Alphys are the only ones aware of Friskyblook’s true identity as a former human. Sans was there when it happened, stalking Frisk as usual, and Alphys saw the whole thing happen from one of her security cameras. Alphys is keeping Frisk’s discarded human body safe and in stable condition, and Sans has been tasked with rounding up Friskyblook - which isn’t gonna be easy at all.

- Undyne meets Friskyblook literally five minutes after she was hunting down Frisk like a wild animal, and immediately decides she likes this little ghost she’s never seen before - she’s spunky! Undyne assumes that she must be one of Napstablook’s cousins or another family member, and when Napstablook actually meets Friskyblook... they just go along with it, because... maybe she is? Maybe they just haven’t met yet??

- Friskyblook loves life in the Underground! For once in her life, or maybe unlife, she feels like she has friends! Although, she ends up feeling guilty for lying about her identity when she sees how broken up Papyrus is over not being able to find his favorite human buddy anywhere. She ends up spilling the beans, but only to him. While Papyrus thinks that lying about who she is isn’t really right... he understands why and promises on his SOUL and every bone composing his body that he won’t tell anyone else. For now, it’ll be their little secret.

With Friskyblook being intangible at will, would she try to fly up to the surface herself (the trip would be quite a long one), perhaps to bring a few items from the surface down to the Underground? If this is possible, would it also be possible for Napstablook and such since they are also ghosts who can become intangible at will?

It doesn’t really work that way for Napstablook and the other ghosts, I think.

Yes, they’re intangible and can even make it through the supposedly impassible one-way door to the Ruins, but they’re still subjected to the spell that keeps them trapped behind the barrier, because they’re still monsters. Monsters with the ability to go intangible and pass through walls, but monsters nonetheless.

Frisk, however, is human. Or was, formerly.

I choose to believe that she gets the best of both worlds as Friskyblook - all the powers of a ghost/monster and all the Determination of a human. So theoretically, she could pass the barrier freely with her newfound form, but she probably wouldn’t want to do that for long, seeing as currently she’s living it up with her monster pals she can now safely mingle with without fear of judgement for being human - much to Sans’s growing worry.

I just thought of the dumbest idea for an Undertale fanfic that all of you have probably ever heard, and in true franstastic fashion, I’m going to share it anyway.

So, after Undyne knocks Frisk off the bridge in Waterfall, something happens - Frisk’s SOUL detaches from her body, and it knocks the ghost right out of her. Frisk turns into a ghost, just like Blooky.

And she loves it.

Firstly, she feels that this way, she can properly belong amongst the monsters of the Underground, and second, ghosts can’t get hurt. After experiencing a great deal of pain throughout her adventure, that aspect of it has finally come to an end. She’s super eager to mingle with the monsters as one of their own kind. She decides to call herself ‘Friskyblook’ now.

And Undyne doesn’t even realize that the ghost she’s talking to is actually the same human she was hunting down like a wild animal not too long prior.

And then there’s Sans... whoo boy.

Sans: ...the old lady’s gonna kill me.

He does not like this at all. At all. He’s ready to have whatever the skeleton monster equivalent of a stroke is and keel over at witnessing the human float around as a little bedsheet ghost with nubby hands.

And, well, he liked Frisk as a human. And he really thinks she should be more concerned over this, about returning to her body, but she seems content to just... ditch her empty vessel as if it were Jerry. 

He wants his human pal back.

Sans: h u m a n... if you don’t get back in your body right this second, i’ll...! ...i’ll...... uh...

Frisk: You’ll what, Sans? What could you possibly do to me, huh? I’m a ghost now - I’m immune to anything you or anyone else might throw at me! I’m BULLETPROOF baby!!! WHOO!

I think I’ll call this one, ‘You Better Boo-lieve It!’

With Frisk as a ghost, Sans can’t touch/cuddle her no more. *le scene?*

I like to think that since Frisk’s status is technically ‘formerly human’ she can make herself tangible and intangible at will, so she can still eat non-ghost variety monster food and touch people and things, but has all the perks of a ghost.

On the other hand, if this ghost thing sticks around a while, I could see her withholding touches and cuddles from Sans and making it literally impossible for him to if she wanted to punish him, but at this point in the story, Sans is at the stage where he’s developed a crush on Frisk, but he’s sort of in denial about it.

Hi! Just wanna say, I love your writing :). How do papyrus and Toriel react to Friskyblook? What does Napstablook think?

Sans tries to keep Toriel from discovering the existence of Friskyblook, and since she hardly ever leaves the Ruins, the chances of her encountering Frisk’s ghost form are slim.

Papyrus, however, is completely distraught. He’s scared, and while he wants his formerly human friend to be happy, he has serious thoughts about all the ways this might end up backfiring horribly on her.

And Napstablook? Blooky thinks she’s kind of pretty... (Has a new ship been born?! What would it even be called?!?! NapstaFrisk? Fristablook?!)

Status update on Frisk’s body? Is it drowning, still undiscovered, or, if it had been discovered, the person’s reaction?

Since Sans is just about always watching her, he noticed Frisk's body and the fact that it wasn't moving pretty quickly. He gets Alphys to put her body in stasis until Frisk is ready to return to it.
