it’s odd having all these unwanted memories crashing back into his mind, reminding him just how different he had been back then. after losing her he sort of just became what he is today, a lazy, doesn’t care about much...vampire. there wasn’t much life in him other than the occasional times he brought himself to go out to socialize, but even then that was really just for feeding purposes or fulfilling his sexual desires. the things of the past were things he was able to forget because he knew they were done and over with, there had been nothing he could do to change the outcome of his choices that ended with her death. hyunshik was never one to dwell on things for very long, he didn’t see the point in it. but now seeing that beautiful familiar face of hers is making his chest tighten, his stomach twist into a deep knot, and if he actually had a heart that could beat, it would probably burst from his chest. there she is, standing there looking at him with the same exact eyes that used to look at him with so many emotions, but now it’s just completely blank of anything. she wants to speak to the owner, the owner, oh right he’s the owner. hyunshik has to mentally kick himself in the ass to focus. “i’m the owner of this establishment. what can i help you with?” there isn’t a welcoming smile that spreads across his face, not even a half smile, in fact there really isn’t much of an expression---- just a blank look. the resting bitch face is something fierce with the vampire and he isn’t going to do much to change that.
