SO This is for the @icejinhalloweenexchange event. I got the privilege to draw @waltzinthestallz Oc Frjosa

The prompt I used were Witch and I really hope you like it~

Hi! I’m Waltz, im 17 and this is my Icejin OC, who I wish to be entered into the halloween exchange; 

Frjosa

Basically, his entire backstory is based around a headcannon that there was an entire Arcosian race before the events of DBZ. This race, among many other servitor races, was ruled over by the Cold Dynasty. Due to their immense power, they ruled over the other Arcosians with an iron fist. Enter Frjosa. He’s essentially a revolutionary fighter who fought the Cold family in an effort to end the subjugation of the Arcosian people. He ends up battling and slaying almost all the Cold family - save for King Cold, Cooler, and Frieza. The later of which ended up being Frjosa’s downfall, with Frieza reaching his “””final””” form (as of DBZ) for the first time and easily slaying Frjosa. With his defeat, and with the realization that the Arcosian population aside from the Cold family is more of a liability than a benefit, along with the fact that the only beings that could threaten their rule would be other Arcosians, the remaining Cold family wipe out the entire Arcosian race, leaving the rest of the empire for themselves...

Since I’m participating in Arcos-August, I figured I should probably post my Arcosian OC right about now, so everyone say hello to my kinda edgy OC; Frjosa! (Icelandic for ‘freeze’)
