What if Waterboy got into a fatal accident
His spit can heal right?
His power having a mind of his own, wrap him in an Impenetrable bubble like a cocoon
Nothing and No one can get in it
What if that happened before? What if his grandma got so nervous, seeing his grandson inside of a "cocoon" that she can't get him out, and can't communicate with him
So after that she sheltered him
What if his power works like that, he needs to be "cocooned" to kind of like upgrade, that's why he can't control his powers yet he hasn't "level up"
