I might not be the fastest runner (indeed i am not aim for that one as well) but its the best for my personal own records. . I encourage mommies out there to get fit. At least do an exercise once a week (paling tidaklah, I understand how bz u are, but please mommies love yourself.) . I am working mom. A mother to a son. A customer service to a faculty and a Personal Assistant to 2 bosses. You might be more busier than me but be selfish sometimes. Last but not least, no matter how much you want to get fit the most important is jangan tinggal solat, and don't skip read a Quran even a day.
