“you know, you really don’t have to come to the game if you don’t have time,” jett murmured, ruffling her hair affectionately. “i know you’re stressed about midterms and you have to study and everything-- that’s more important than a stupid hockey game.” sure, he’d definitely be missing his good luck charm, but he wasn’t about to say that. if she had to study, he didn’t want her missing that just because she felt guilty.
