F.Y.E. Exclusive Limited Numbered Edition of 1,000. Red & Yellow Swirl Color Vinyl My favorite album by 311. Pretty much the one that actually got me into the band. This even though I liked some of their previous songs such as “Come Original”, “Down” and “All Mixed Up”. I think that the reason being, at least to me, “From Chaos” was a little less on the rap side of music and more mature musically and lyrically. Plus I think some of the music they made for the album was the heaviest they’ve done. Also I remember listening to this heavily right after 9/11 happened. Being from north NJ, right outside of NY at the time, this was the perfect escape from the actual chaos going on around the area.
