My muse can’t reach the top of the tree and needs your muse’s help to decorate the tree.
When Tarene announced the invitation for any of the Asgard populace to join her in her New York City home she wasn’t sure who would take her up on the offer. A few she expected, like Thor, but there were a couple of whom she wasn’t very acquainted with. Narfi, for example, she’d only come into contact with through conversation about him although she was happy to have him all the same. It felt a little less lonesome and a little more like home having Asgardians around for the holidays.
But there was another thing troubling her entirely. As she stood before the tree in its ten feet glory, she hadn’t anticipated how she was meant to get the star on the top of it. Perhaps she shouldn’t have bought such a large tree, but her apartment’s size and spaciousness called for it.
There was no ladder present to solve her dilemma and she doubted she had one large enough anyway. It was a simple thing to carry the tree and lock it down but decorating it was another story. As she stood staring at her problem, she heard footsteps, “Narfi… how would you suggest getting the star on top?” She asked, turning to face the son of Loki.
The solution was simple, as per his suggestion. Moving the tree close to the staircase in her loft gave them both ample room to decorate the areas she couldn’t reach before. A few turns at the trunk allowed them to reach every side and soon the tree with its star on top was back in its rightful place.
