This is probably one of the biggest metal music collaboration project from NE India so far. From The East, a new experimental metal outfit based out of Guwahati, Assam, initiated by Gitartha Pratim Patgiri, Amir Hasmi Hazarika & Rupanka Parasar with an idea of making something big together. After being stuck at home for months due to prevailing COVID-19 lockdown, towards the end of June the trio decided to collaborate with some of the most talented homegrown musicians with an outlook towards creating an impactful track. After working hard on it for weeks, they finally recorded it and brought it into existence as ‘A Laymen's Fight.’ It is strictly a "no boundary, no limitation" project which will uncover new forms of musical styles in the near future.
