This ucl season is really on steroids. I have exams so I missed both games and I’m really sad that I’ll only get to watch replays. Liverpool and Spurs really JUST DID THAT.

I really do hope Ole gets the support he needs over the summer. It will be really interesting to watch how the team grows next season. Are their particular player/positions you think need replacements/reinforcements? Also, I do not mess with spiders. Once they show up I just accept that we are now roommates. Goodluck!

I’m curious but wary, idk who we’re going to buy in or loan in or what we’re going to do with our players who maybe shouldn’t have got new contracts but I do know that we need to sort out our defense. Just because Smalling and Jones have signed new contracts doesn’t mean we have to use them or that we can’t buy people in their place - you can still put people on loan if they’ve signed a contract with the club unless the contract states otherwise. Honestly, I think the whole team needs going over but particularly defense and midfield - we have good strikers just no one seems to get to them enough for them to make an impact, though there has been more effort since Mourinho was sacked so I imagine there were some issues there.

First impression wise it seemed to me that you were very passionate about United (and football in general really) and I loved that you did matchday stuff for the women’s team cos they get ignored (as is the case with many women’s teams) the post about women in football made it all the better tbhIt’s been great to have you popping up on my dash regularly (even if the time difference makes it a little wild sometimes) since with top class banter but also some of the more serious stuffMay or may not be jealous of the language proficiency

My portuguese brain can't comprehend how it could ever sound russian 😅

Found what’s making me think it sounds a bit Russian, it’s the “sh” (kind of) sounds - though I think it’s written as a cedilla (?) - ik other languages have them but they don’t tend to be at the end or near the ends of words. It’s also the way the sound is made compared to how other languages make the sound

It sounds like a bit of a mix (please bear in mind I don’t know any Portuguese yet) like it is undoubtedly a romance language but some of the sounds I’m like “that...that is slav” and my friend (who is actually Portuguese) has been asked if she’s speaking Russian before. Please also remember, we as a nation, are not good at Languages or identification of Languages
