thinking abt how long ive been in this fandom now and id like to give everyone a ctubbo evolution chart becuz honestly im baffled by it njgfjbgf
(2021) the first art is the very first ever ctubbo drawing i did, i drew it literally right after the festival stream becuz that was the stream that got me into dsmp as a whole (also idk why everyone was damn lanky back then good god girl grfnjfd)
(late 2021 to early 2022) this is when he gains alot more fandom-esc design, also where he gained alot of core parts to his design that i still use to this day (peep the ram horns and multi hair colors jngfnbg)
(2022) this is when i rlly start blorbo-ifying him, i make the more solid switch from full bangs to the one eye covered its also when i started drawing his small twirly horns like i do now (he also gains his lil tooth gap!!)
(2023) i have significantly less drawings for this period compared to 2022 and most of them were drawn with long gaps between them but this is the peak of when i fully decided ctubbo has massive tits and and where he gets his more tanktop belly exposed big jacket look i draw him with all the time. I also think this is when i start drawing his expression more monotone with the lidded eyes compared to the super big doe eyes i used to draw
(2024) i pretty much only have sketches of him from this year theres like no finished drawing in here jnfjk this is when i start drawing him all moe and girly, although this is where i seem to have fully planted my feet with the lidded eyes and cigarettes (also after deciding he has massive tits in 2023 i go right back to drawing them smaller which is kinda funny jnvfnjf)
(present 2025!!!!) i havent drawn him alot this year either its mostly sketches still but i think his design has adjusted better with the 2024 design elements i was trying out, my boy has come a very long way since 2021 and i love him more eveytime i draw him still lmao heres to probably another 4 years of dsmp fanart nfgvnfg (also he gets his 2023 massive tits back for some reason now cheers)
