Thank you @oasissprings! This time.. let's go to the last part of this BPR founding cast and crew!

86. How would you describe their fashion sense?
Soft but also preppy. She has an eye for style, but she doesn’t like to stick out too much. She really likes wearing pink.
87. Do they like spicy food?
Oh yes. The spicer, the better. It’s a secret superpower. You might not look at her and think she can handle it, but you’d be very silly for taking the risk and challenging her to eat something that brings the heat.
88. Are they lucky? Do they believe in luck?
Peony would say, very kindly, that luck is what you make it. There are a lot of things she’s lost in life, and that’s life. She’s one to perpetually see the glass half-full and she always looks to find the positive, something to shine through what otherwise is the doom and gloom.
Thank you @magical-happenings! I had a lot of fun working through these and you gave me a lot to work with! ✨💜

1. What’s a unique skill they have? Is there any reason why they can do it?
She can lucid dream, or so she thinks she can. Her dreams let her to just about anything, go anywhere, even see people she knows. She’s been able to do it since she remembers. As for a reason why, there is a reason- but she is completely obvious. She just thinks it’s a cool trick. She doesn’t know it’s real.
2. What are their favourite possessions? Why? (sentimentality, history, price, etc)
Her father’s typewriter. She has memories of being a little girl, sitting on her dad’s lap as he worked at typing away whatever he was working on- she can’t quite remember the specifics. But she does remember the metal keys, and him letting her play and get carried away in stories as she grew older. After he passed away, it was something that she treasured more than anything.
3. Do they get jealous easily? If so, what usually causes it?
… She would say yes, but she shoves it down deep. She does *not* like people to know how she feels, mostly because she also doesn’t want to formally say how she feels- but she feels enough to know she’s jealous and then it’s a done deal. The reason, the biggest reason, Asher’s wandering eye and other love interest. It’s complicated.
4. Are they a good gift-giver? What do they tend to give as gifts?
She doesn’t come from much. Her parents running a small, run of the mill, family owned grocery store. Money wise, she never had much. BUT, she is excellent at making gifts, or thrifting something.
5. What’s their reputation like? Does this reputation contrast what they’re really like?
Her family lives in a very affluent area, even though they are not. She’s always been on the outside looking in, except for her friendship with Asher. She would be described as a loner, a creative who is often more lost in her thoughts, dreams, than living in the real world.
6. Do they prefer to have a big social circle, or a few close friends?
A few close friends, for sure. She could count on one hand her friends. She’s fine with that too.
7. What’s their “type”? What romantically attracts them to another person?
Boy next door- she’d probably say and laugh. She’s only had one love, and he was her best friend.
8. What does their dream house look like?
If she could have anything, she’d want a cozy cottage by the shoreline. Something that’s still removed, but a place where you could open your windows and smell the ocean breeze, hear the waves, and feel a quiet peace.
9. If they could change one part of their appearance, what would it be?
She’s never been a fan of her nose. It’s almost like a button nose, but it’s not. She’s never felt confident about it. Although, Asher would say it’s his favorite feature.
10. What’s a simple thing that brings them joy?
Finding a quiet place, preferably outside, where she can snuggle up with a book and the quiet and escape for a little while.
11. What is their dream pet?
She’d be happy with a fluffy house cat, but her mom is not a fan of pets.
12. What’s their position in their friend group? (leader, mom friend, chaos goblin, etc)
This one is tough… I would say she’s a mix of mom friend and chaos goblin. She’s a pusher, she’s always trying to find the limit and will take you there- but she’s also one find grounding and hold. It’s all fun and games until someone gets hurt, after all.
13. How forgiving are they? What do they consider unforgivable?
She would say that she does forgive, but that it’s always stored away somewhere in her mind. Things are easier to be forgiven than forgotten. As for something being unforgivable, she didn’t think so for the longest time… but things change, how things can change.
14. Who do they go to in a crisis/emergency? Any particular reason why they choose that person?
Even though her mother is tough as nails and at times seems unrelenting, it’s her mom. She knows that no matter what, her mom will be there for her and help her, no matter how big the oopsie is she makes. And she, like her further daughter, will make a big oopsie.
15. How good are they at conversation? Are they a small talk master, bad at initiating, etc?
Master. She is the talker, the one that draws Asher out of his shell. She leads, initiates, asks the hard questions… and she knows when to stop, or at least she thinks she does.
Thank you @orchidlyhere! I'm going to go with my founder~

1. What’s a unique skill they have? Is there any reason why they can do it?
As far as he knows, he’s the first in his family to take to the easel with such ease. He’s a very talented painter. Not too shabby of a wordsmith either, although he needs time to process and reflect before he’s always willing to share his thoughts. The painting though, he’s always felt drawn to color, using it to tell stories otherwise unseen.
8. What does their dream house look like?
His first thought would be, not the family estate. His family may be affluent and well-to-do, but he could care less for those luxuries. He’d go for a studio apartment in a quiet town, or even a cabin in the woods. Something small, leaning towards minimal but also something surrounded in beauty.
22. What’s their silliest or most unusual fear/phobia?
Storms. Not the ones where there is just rain, a light breeze- those are fine. He gets anxious when there is thunder loud enough to shake a house, wind that can be heard whipping around the trees, and don't get him started on the lighting.
29. Are they a good cook? If they are, what do they like to make?
He’s… learning. Being off at college, he’s had to take on more responsibility than he had growing up. He’s been told he makes a mean pancake and scrambled egg combo. All the great cooks start with breakfast food.
Okay so like I know I read the original BPR but my brain wouldn't know a memory if it smacked me in the face so, what's the gen 1 relationship deal? Ot3? Poly? Affair? Please and thank you 😊
You’re good! It was a very long time ago, and I’m still taking my sweet time with the retake. I also love to talk about my OCs, so- more below the cut!
🤞 this works, last time I broke the ask somehow.
ANYway, So the founders in gen 1 are actually none of the above. They each had their own time in the sun, so to say and both “spouse” were important during their time in the heir’s life.
In my first go at this, Lila (purple spouse) was really a mystery. Some girl Asher (heir) knew growing up that he lost contact with over the years- someone he wanted to find. But by the time he got his butt around to it, she was RIP.
And then Peony just fell naturally into his adult life. They met, fell in love- pretty textbook.
BUT for this retake, I wanted to actually make Lila a character? She lived so much in my head and I didn’t ever really give her the time she deserved. And Peony, she’ll be different too. Still no affair, no Ot3- just people who care about each other and sometimes the timing doesn’t always work / characters aren’t ready until it’s too late.
And if you read all of this~ I really hate linear stories. I get too caught on everything happening in an “order”, so this thing is broken up- lots of flashback, and then each character only really gets 1-2 sections of their life where we get their story. The rest is really left to imagination. So for Asher, since he’s first- we get his last year of college (broken up into seasons), and then a snapshot of him when he’s older and married to Peony with a family- and all that will happen then.
The thing is, I just need to take the damn pictures and get them posted at this point. I’m... dragging my own feet. 🙈
