This is DementiaTale, a horrible AU that he created by him playing Undertale in the freakiest way.
He messed with the code so badly that Sans couldn't remember how many times he killed him, meaning every time he died he had to listen to the entire speech again.
He died so many times he got frustrated and set Sans's deaths to 99 to "scare him." So Sans was remembering stuff that didn't happen.
He never ended up killing Sans, even after cheating his stats. He skipped the Sans fight by just changing the room he was in.
