9,10,11, 12 and I think 16
But if I had to choose 1, it would be 11... I think. It's the question about rituals they use to calm themselves from violence.
How often do they find themselves fighting others?
the man is always down for a fight. i think he actually probably gets into a lot of them, if his history at the packhouse in salem's crossing is anything to go by. he comes across as playful and easygoing, and honestly he is for the most part, but he loves to fight and cause problems and piss people off. the problem with him is, unless there are established conditions (re: rules (and he won't go out of his way to establish any)), he will not be a good sport about it. he'll play dirty and to the death. i guess that doesn't really answer the question, but it happens often enough when he's out "working" for it to be a completely normal thing to him.
Is there a line they will not cross when it comes to violence/insults?
no. well yes, but mostly no. there are some select few things he finds morally reprehensible and thus won't do (like sexual assault). but he's not above a lot of things, and having grown up in some of the worst conditions and as effectively a gang member, he's just...used to it. it is what it is, some of it is necessary and some of it is overkill, either someone's getting killed and it's not going to be him. do you know what i mean? like he's killed whole families before.
Do they try and justify their actions? How?
i answered this one here!
Do they have rituals or other motions they go through to calm themselves following violence?
no, he's very 0-100 real fast under most conditions. once he's pushed, he leans into it and goes wild. think of a wildfire. my best example for this is here, in the drabble i wrote (warning for a few things, namely violence and contradictions cos he's a teen there), although he sort of instigated a good portion of that. the point is, he'll set the whole block on fire, hell he'll even explode. he'll cook you from the inside out. he will just keep going until he burns out. he will not calm down until whatever's in his way isn't there anymore. but it's not like he gets to a point where he's irrational or anxious or can't be reasoned with - it's not really like that. i'm not sure how to explain it but he's conscious of everything he does and actively chooses how to proceed in a given situation, even when he's at a clear disadvantage. does that make sense?
Do they have any sort of visceral reaction to violence?
visceral as in immediately incited to join in? yes, in just about every case that happens to even marginally involve him. i feel like maybe i've answered this question - he likes violence, he thinks it's fun and entertaining. visceral to me, for him, means excited, ready to throw down, antsy, gearing up to throw a punch, the thrill, the exhilaration- he's not. normal or okay i'm sorry
