ROTG Headcanon #2

Following my last headcanon and rant about how Sandy and Jack were always friends even before the Pitch scandal, my second headcanon is that Bunny has a little obsession with Jack.

Let me explain: in the beginning of the movie, North says, "You know Bunny, obviously." North must know about the blizzard of '68 and everything about Jack from Bunny. Bunny likes to repeat and complain about the same things over and over again. Even Tooth must have heard all the complaints, because she says "Hello Jack, I've heard so much about you", keep in mind, she hasn't been in the field for 400+ years, longer than Jack's been alive. Bunny must have yapped to her too.

At Tooth Palace: When Pitch disses Jack, Bunny is the one to freak out and try to attack Pitch. Just one little mean comment and Bunny gets riled up, even though he said the SAME COMMENT EARLIER. He's supposed to "hate" Jack, but in reality it's an act he puts up.

Even the race around the world to collect teeth. If you really disliked someone, you wouldn't be playing around with them. Especially since actual bunnies in nature tease each other because they want attention or like each other.

Even in the scene where Pitch has a pickaxe-like weapon of sand ready to strike Jack (moments before Sandy's magic saves the day), Bunny is the one to turn around and notice and try to deflect it and tell Jack to lookout. Bunny is constantly looking at him and trying to think of clever things to say.

Like... HMMM 👀👀👀

Edit: just realized that Bunny went out of his way to talk to Jack before the yetis brought him to the North Pole. North already had a plan for the yetis to bring him, so what was the point of Bunny being there? He wasn't there to warn Jack about the yetis cuz he DIDN'T, he just volunteered to be a distraction for the yetis to grab Jack 😭
