Pitch rolled his eyes at Jack's child-like enthusiasm, ignoring the silly remarks about his mode of travel, but gave a small nod "Fine fine, I'll help you create your silly little snow day. Though why you need my help I do not know." he frowned for a second "Surely your normal ice would work just as well?"
((Don't apologize it's fine! Did you have fun?)) Jack shivered a bit as they stepped through, then let go of Pitch after prompting. "That was awesome! It was cold though. I haven't been cold in a long time. Does it go both ways? Can you stand halfway in and poke through either side?" Jack ranted on excitedly.

Pitch gave quiet laugh at Jack’s excitable attitude, shaking his head “No, as far as I know the teleportation doesn’t work like that. And quite frankly it would be dangerous to try, unless you want to lose half your body on the other side.”
((I think it's kinda funny when you apologize and feel bad whenever you're not on tumblr. 'Sorry, I was sleeping!' 'Sorry, I was eating dinner!' 'Sorry, I was watching a movie!' You don't have to apologize. We live you. You have a life beyond us. We don't mind when you take a while to reply.

"Okay!" Jack stepped towards Pitch again, this time hugging onto his arm. He looked up and grinned. "Ready!"

Pitch was momentarily stunned as Jack hugged onto his arm, but he managed to compose himself, frowning a little. He conjured up a literal portal of darkness that swirled around them, and then together they seemed to sink into the shadows. When they stepped out of the darkness again, they’d arrived instantly at their destination. “Jack. You can let go of me now” he chuckled as the boy clung on.
"Well, I don't know how to get there, then, unless we could do that walking through shadows thing you mentioned earlier?" Jack touched Pitch's arm. "Are you sure you're okay? The flight didnt shake you up too badly, did it? Did you bump something?"

Pitch blinked at the touch on his arm, looking down at Jack’s hand as if it were something alien. After a moment he managed to snap out of it long enough to focus on what the boy was saying “I’m fine” he muttered in mild annoyance “Stop fussing over me, Frost.” though he didnt really look that annoyed. “We could try travelling through the shadows but im not sure if you could.”
Jack's smile fell. "Sorry, are you uncomfortable? I just don't know how else to get there." He dragged them down gently, landing in the middle of a field. "I guess I should have thought of that."
“It’s… fine” Pitch mumbled, pulling his hand away as soon as they landed, making sure not to make eye contact with the boy. “Don’t worry about it.”
