It helped her to relax. Even now when she had to worry about what each day would bring, when she wasn’t sure of the mood that Saeran might be in or if she’d even be allowed outside her room in order to just speak with other people, her music helped to calm her nervous soul. It helped but she still was scared and worried. Homesick too. How was Ethan coping without her? Was he home by know? Was he looking for her? At some point those thoughts had turned into silent tears that she hadn’t realised had started to fall, her music full of the sorrow that gripped hold of her heart so tightly.“Oh!”, hearing him speak behind her, Ella turned quickly to face him, cheeks filling with a soft hue of pink as she carefully lowered the instrument, wiping at her eyes as she finally realised that they were wet with tears, “Thank you - I’m sorry I didn’t notice anyone else was around...I should have stayed in my room...” What was this person like? Were they like Saeran? Would they be mad at her for making such a loud noise in this empty room? She didn’t know even what the room was used for, had simply chosen to come here because of the echo that would naturally be created from the layout of the space around her, “I apologise if I disturbed you in any manner”, she quickly added, bowing low as she rushed over to pack away her violin. If anything were to happen to that...she wasn’t sure just how she’d survive without it.
