These Earl Grey Latte Popsicles are a tasty frozen treat with a caffeine kick. They taste like a mix of Earl Grey tea and espresso.
Ingredients: 2 cups milk. 2 tablespoons loose leaf Earl Grey tea. 1/4 cup sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup brewed espresso or strong coffee.
Instructions: In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until it starts to simmer. Remove from heat and add the loose leaf Earl Grey tea. Let it steep for 5-7 minutes. Strain the milk to remove the tea leaves. Add sugar and vanilla extract to the infused milk, stirring until the sugar dissolves completely. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature. Once cooled, stir in the brewed espresso or strong coffee. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. Insert popsicle sticks into each mold. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid. Remove popsicles from molds and enjoy!
