I saw that ask you answered about the Celine concept art and how she's a very different type of character and raise you: another dimension of the Celine Verse.

Mira: Okay, what did the Honmoon send us *this* time?

Rumi, facedown on the table, trying to melt into it: we're staying in, Celine, I told you-

concept art!Celine: Oh, pish! Why would we do that when we could go out and give the paparazzi something to chase? And I was thinking we could stop by the studio; Rumi dear says you have a performance on a variety show tonight-

Rumi: I let it slip before I knew she was like [gestures at Celine]

concept art!Celine: -and I think we can find a way to work me into it, don't you?

Mira:...

Zoey: ...Okay. So. You remember how I've been ranking all the Celine universes for how different they are from this one? And the current winner's the demon-dog-tiger one?

Mira: Yeah...

Zoey: We have a new winner.

Main!Celine is, like, very calmly explaining what’s up to concept!Huntrix (who are so disturbed to see her acting all… restrained) (Mira’s theory that their Celine is secretly really depressed is rapidly gaining steam tho)

And meanwhile Rumi’s like “I don’t even know where she got that robe”

Mira:

Mira: that might be my fault

Zoey: there’s glitter in my eggs!!!!

Mira: it was a joke!!!! I… didn’t even know Celine kept it

Concept!Celine, sing song: did I hear my name?

Been thinking about Rumira Baby Bean AU, specifically about the girls bringing halmeoni Celine in to meet her granddaughter and the first thing she does is give Mira the softest forehead kiss, whispering that she's so proud of her as she fights back tears because a part of her hadn't stopped being afraid history would repeat.

god yeah... a lot of people like to think mira would have the baby at the compound in jeju and i agree. just thinking about celine catching sight of hayoung but beelining towards mira, rumi, zoey...

Silly alternate-dimensions thought: the Honmoon, wanting a break from Celine Not Getting It, decides it's time for a crack filler episode (because no, it doesn't want a break of just leaving Celine in her own dimension for the time being, what's the fun in that?). And the dimension of the day is...

Pokemon AU.

Needless to say, main!Celine suddenly has a *lot* of questions about the guy who created Pokemon (like, was he from here or...?), Pokemon!AU Celine is just trying to wrangle the dozen Pokemon the Honmoon decided to transplant with her (because, again, it wants to have fun with this), and Zoey has a newfound determination to figure out if/how they can manipulate the Honmoon to dimension hop.

Zoey: There is a version of me that has *a squirtle!* Not a squirtle plush, not a limited edition squirtle action figure that I did *not* over pay for-

Mira: Yeah you did.

Zoey: A REAL LIVE SQUIRTLE!!! And I *need* to see this! I *need* to know if they're as cuddly as they look in the game!

Pokemon!Celine: The shell makes it tricky, but yes.

Zoey: !!!!!!

Pokemon!Celine: And they smell like a creek.

Zoey: WE NEED TO FIGURE THIS THING OUT ASAP!!!

Pokémon!Celine decides to not let main!Zoey in on the fact that her au self gets to cuddle a blastoise (who are. Yk. Five foot three on average aka Zoey sized) these days instead of a squirtle

Also hear me out but Celine having a bunch of, like, Pokémon who would’ve been really cute during her young idol days and are now evolved into much more intimidating forms. Like a teddiursa that’s now an ursaring or something

Meanwhile main!Celine is like “wait so a significant part of your culture revolves around just… children beating people up for money? Or getting beaten up? Like… for real?” (“Okay well it’s not that simple—“) “and I thought my economy was messed up”

One more mirror!AU ask for the road (and apologies if this has been asked before): is the golden Honmoon a thing for the mirror!hunters? Like, is it something they’re trying for like main!huntrix was? Or a myth/legend they feel is out of reach? Or just…not a thing?

Oh they’re definitely aiming for it! I think their stance on it is “once we find Zoey and Mira’s third, we’re totally going for this!” but it’s also a less,,,, present? goal that it is with the main timeline, because it’s not the driving salvation of Rumi, who is right there with them, but rather just “ah what every Hunter dreams of”

Wild thought! (or maybe not idk) In mirror!AU, supposing mirror!Celine’s actions had an effect on Third’s fate somehow. Like, she’s clearly not in the picture, like in main, but if we go with main!Third dipped because she couldn’t stand Celine harboring a half-demon, then it stands to reason that mirror!Third dipped because she couldn’t stand Celine dehumanizing a creature that looked and acted so very, very much like a human.

Absolutely wild time if Celine encounters mirror!Third, expecting a fight like what split them in main!universe, only to be hit with the opposite.

Celine: You are not laying a finger on Rumi!

Third: Why, so you can electrocute her within an inch of her life like a sadist? And when did you name her? I thought she wasn’t ‘deserving’ of that.

Celine: …..

Celine: Oh, wait, if I’m like that then…Ah.

Third: ?

Celine: Okay, I need you to help me get her somewhere safe that’s actually fit for a person

And Third is just…so confused.

I mean, like… to me this poses the unfortunate issue of “if you know a child is being hurt, and you allow this to happen when you can do something, you are to a degree culpable for that harm”

So I’ve been assuming Third was dead

For the WIP game: Pickle???

This one is, at this point, just a sketch of the concept, so I can’t give you a snippet but! I can talk about the idea!

In the card game BS—at least the version I learned—one can, if they choose, declare when they’ve lied on the next person’s turn. By saying “pickle”

And the idea of this fic is that Zoey teaches Rumi and Mira this game and Rumi just starts… doing that in daily life

Because she does lie impulsively and without meaning to and about things she doesn’t need or really want to and it’s. Easier this way. Where actually getting into it is the same thing that gets her stuck in her head and keeps her from saying anything in the first place

And the first few times she does this, Mira and Zoey don’t really get what she’s doing? So there’s no negative response—it’s incredibly freeing. And then Mira figures it out and is stunned stupid to realize that Rumi, apparently, lies to them constantly and unnoticeably and also is Insane and choosing this to break the habit

And is choosing to break the habit.

Goofy but full of heart :)

Hey, I thought of something: how does main!Huntrix + Celine explain the sudden existence of mirror!Rumi to the public? (like, niece she suddenly has custody of? Distant relative of Mi-yeong that's staying with her now? 🤔)

@avidreaderffn pitched the idea of her cover being that she’s a half-sibling on Rumi’s dad’s side, and I like that! They’ve probably said that’s where Rumi’s skin condition comes from anyway haha

For the fic ask game, if you don't mind! What two stories have you written that are most different? Why?

Hmmmm hard question bc there are so many metrics to that? My longest fic is still here (a plotty, angsty, pre-canon au with additional supernatural elements) and my shortest is so you went and had a threesome (400 words of post canon fluff. Theoretically canon compliant if you ignore the epilogue) which seems like a solid answer

I feel like probably a typical fic from me is a series of chronologically jumbled scenes making up a character or relationship study, and neither of those is that, either
